Kuchyňa slabo vybavená, 1 pokrievka na hrnce, 3 horáky zo 4 funkčné, malá chladnička pre 12 osôb, ohnisko pri dome je, majiteľ nedovolil používať, zahr. nábytok plastový nebol k dispozícii, pozemok NIE JE oplotený (psickari), WC úplne v suteréne (izby hore), zásuviek malo, elektrina úplne zle, vypínače od veci, chýbajúce sieťky na oknách (hneď pri rybníku), chata na jednom pozemku s majiteľom (4 x za týždeň návšteva).

The accommodation is perfectly situated between the High Tatras and Slovak Paradise, as long as you have a car.which you really need for this place. The village is quiet, but between 6 and 8 in the morning there is rush hour traffic, and there are a lot of cars passing by this house.
We were there with 6 adults and 5 children (0-10 years).
The house is very clean and functionally furnished. All rooms are very spacious, and there is enough space for clothes, toys, etc. In the basement is a cosy common room with plenty of space for dining and socialising. The kitchen next to it is a bit cramped and could have more dishes for so many people. The fridge is far too small. We also missed an oven, but there was a microwave.
A remarkable feature is the terrace in front of the basement. It has a covered dining area with enough seating for 12 people. We had every meal outside, because it was summer, and even rain does not harm. The children also enjoyed the Hollywood swing. There was no children's swing.
The bathrooms are very modern, and there are additional washbasins in most of the rooms. The location of the toilets is inconvenient for people who need them at night: All the toilets and bathrooms are in the basement, but the bedrooms are on the ground floor and attic. The stairs from the attic are very narrow and steep.
The living room has a modern TV with HDMI connection, but it is very close to the bedrooms. You can't have a conversation there when the children are supposed to be asleep, because the walls are very noisy. The lounge in the basement is better suited for this. There is no Wifi in the house, but mobile phone reception is good. The property is large, but not fenced. So you have to be a bit careful that small children don't run across the car park onto the main road.
The host Jozef is very nice and helpful. He lives with his family in the house next door. After a while, our children were allowed to play with their daughter's dolls and look at their rabbits. We also got toys for the outside area.
The formal arrangements by Kiska-Travel were not identical in every point
with the ideas of the host, and some details could not be clarified in advance by email, although we did it in Slovakian with www.deepL.com translation. But with good will, an agreement can easily be reached. We even got the rental price for one baby waived.
